The varying roof heights and carefully considered façade details add visual interest and character to the village, enhancing its integration into the surrounding rural setting. Each home is designed to offer privacy while encouraging community interaction through open, inviting layouts.

A key feature is the public cycle and walkway, seamlessly integrating the village with the surrounding community and enhancing connectivity between the school, town centre, and nearby subdivisions. The careful selection of materials and contemporary finishes respects the rural context while providing modern, high-quality living spaces.
